Please display your vendor pass in a prominent location on your booth canopy during Oly Hempfest hours. As your booth name/number will be indicated in the Oly Hempfest Program, this will help our patrons locate you (does not apply to Strolling Vendors). If you need help or have any questions, please locate an Oly Hempfest Volunteer Staff member and they will radio your concerns to the Vendor Coordinator. Please be respectful of limits of your booth space. A 10x10 booth space should not extend, nor should inventory extend more than 12" in any direction.
We can not provide electricity as an option to any booth. If you intend to use open flame, you will need a permit from the Olympia Fire Department. Please contact us to discuss.
Food vending is juried, with these things taken into account:
• Seniority. Provided the vendor is in good standing with Hempfest, returning vendors get dibs on their booth.
• Hemp/Organic/vegan. Food vendors are highly encouraged.
• Menu. We can not allow duplicate menus.
• Experience. You can run a food booth, right?
• Culture. We celebrate alternative cultures.
Prospective food vendors must contact us at 360-456-3517 or email
There will be dumpsters and recycling stations provided behind the main restroom facility for vendors to use. Please take the time to pick up any trash in the areas around your booth each evening and at the end of the festival. Please pack out excess boxes and shipping materials. Let's all work together for a cleaner park.
