The Oly Hempfest 2008 Volunteer Staff Application
Volunteer staff application must be mailed by 08/15/08
1. Legal Stuff
For legal reasons, we ask that people who are working Oly Hempfest be at least 18 years of age.
If you will still be under 18 on August 23rd, 2008, you must fill out the hardcopy version and have a parent or guardian sign it for consent purposes, and mail it in by August 1 st . Minors also must sign up for shifts that end before dark.

***By submitting this application I agree to hold Oly Hempfest harmless if something happens to me, such as injury or damage to my person or property, while volunteering for Oly Hempfest. This includes any activity whether the incident occurs before, during or after the event or if the incident occurs within the boundaries of the event or outside of the event's perimeter. In addition, I assume liability for my own actions if I cause injury to any person(s) or damage any property.***

Ambiance : Setting up decorations and artwork in the park before the 'Fest.
